Yes. The company and all our engineers are registered with Gas Safe, and are ACS certificated. They undergo regular training courses to update them on any amended regulations.

A: Yes - we have third-party Public Liability cover up to £5,000,000

A: From the moment you call us, you will know you have made the right choice. Our helpful sales staff will arrange for our consultant to visit at a time convenient to you.
Q: Will I be pressured to sign 'on-the-day'?
A: No! There is no 'hard-sell'. You decide in your own time. Our consultant is only there to advise and design your perfect central heating system. We then send a full written quotation within a few days.

Q: What disruption will our home experience during installation?
A Less than you think! Our engineers keep any fuss to a minimum, they are clean, conscientious and respect your privacy. We ensure your household is clean and tidy at the end of the day.
Q: How long will the installation take?
A This depends on the type of installation. A boiler usually takes 1-2 days to complete. A complete central heating system for the average 3 bedroom house takes 3-5 days.
Q: I had some building work done once and the builder kept 'pulling off the job' - not returning for a couple of days... Do SHW treat their customers this way?
