Energy Efficiency Standards

From 1st April 2005 all gas boilers installed in England and Wales were required to meet new energy efficiency standards in order to ensure that every home is adequately and affordably heated.
The Building Regulations Part L1 revisions will be used to drive a switch to SEDBUK A and SEDBUK B condensing boilers which are between 90% and 86% efficient.
